This group is for people who want to make their health and well-being a priority. I created this group to help people have a place to go (and people to be with) to learn and engage in healthy behavior.
We are a diverse group of girls and guys who love to explore the realms of Social Enlightenment, Bodywork, Emotional Exploration, Meditation ~ Sacred Writing, Unity of Community, and much more. With a focus on personal wellness and happiness, we engage in activities such as Yoga, Breathwork, Energy Psychology, and Holistic Health.
Whether you're looking for a Girl's Night Out, spiritual awareness, greater well-being or want to learn about space clearing and sacred space, this is the perfect group for you. Join us to nourish your mind, body, and soul on this journey of wellness and self-discovery.

*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.

Our thoughts and experiences shape our perceptions of the world around us. These perceptions influence our beliefs, attitudes, and responses.
Over time, some beliefs and perceptions may become outdated or no longer serve our best interests. When we can let go of perceptions or beliefs that no longer align with our true self, we open the door to new possibilities.
Releasing old perceptions allows us to make new choices, empowering us to create a more fulfilling and authentic life.
Join Patty in the Selenite Cave every Tuesday, a sacred space designed for reflection, healing, clarity and renewal, an ideal place for this guided journey.
During this guided meditation, we will have the opportunity to release limiting beliefs and perceptions. Give yourself permission and embrace the opportunity to choose again, opening the door to a brighter, more authentic future.

Meditation & 9D Breathwork in the Selenite Cave with Kate

Breathwork is a transformative practice that harnesses the power of your breath to unlock a deeper connection between your mind, body and spirit. At the core of our being, the breath is more than just a vital biological function - it is a bridge to inner peace, emotional balance, and physical rejuvenation.
We invite you to experience the transformative potential of breathwork—a simple yet profound journey back to your essential self, where every inhale brings strength and every exhale releases what no longer serves you. Embrace the rhythm of your breath and discover how it can shape a path to a more peaceful, healthful, and enlightened existence.
This immersive breathwork practice will be coupled with the powerful and deep energetic cleansing and whole body balancing of the selenite cave.
We will practice a variety of breathing techniques designed to relax the body and balance the mind. This experience is appropriate for all skill levels.
This experience is $33 per person and will be held in the Selenite Cave.

Event times are every other Saturday at 6:30pm and 7:45pm.
There is limited space available! These are limited to 7 participants in each experience so reserve your lounger in advance.
*Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance to get your spot and get comfortable.
**There will be no late entry and no refunds if you are late.
***Because there is limited space, please be sure to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if your plans change.
****Anyone with the following pre-existing conditions or circumstances should consult with a physician prior to practicing breathwork:
- Cardiovascular issues
- Chronic respiratory conditions
- Pregnancy
- Heavy duty medications
- Severe mental illness
- History of aneurysms or seizures
