This group is for people who want to make their health and well-being a priority. I created this group to help people have a place to go (and people to be with) to learn and engage in healthy behavior.
We are a diverse group of girls and guys who love to explore the realms of Social Enlightenment, Bodywork, Emotional Exploration, Meditation ~ Sacred Writing, Unity of Community, and much more. With a focus on personal wellness and happiness, we engage in activities such as Yoga, Breathwork, Energy Psychology, and Holistic Health.
Whether you're looking for a Girl's Night Out, spiritual awareness, greater well-being or want to learn about space clearing and sacred space, this is the perfect group for you. Join us to nourish your mind, body, and soul on this journey of wellness and self-discovery.

Join us for a deeply restorative healing experience that combines Sun Reiki (Reiki Energy Healing and Healing Light Frequencies from the Sun) with the immersive resonance of crystal bowls and drumming to reset your nervous system and clear stagnant energy. As Chasadee channels high-frequency sun reiki, crystal bowls and grounding drums will wash over you helping to quiet racing thoughts, release physical tension, and anchor your spirit. *Please arrive 20 minutes early. Once the Event begins there will be no entry to the cave allowed.
*No Refunds.
*No Rescheduling is allowed less than 24-hours prior to your event. This policy is due to these events often selling out well in advance. To be fair to these dedicated facilitators, please plan ahead. If you are unable to attend for any reason please understand that you will be required to reschedule prior to 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will lose your event fee.

Monday Night Sound Baths in the Salt Cave with Brit
Synchronicities, 9419 South Union Square, suite A, Sandy, UT, USBrit creates a space for deep calm and quiet renewal, inviting you to fully unwind in the soothing glow of a Himalayan salt cave. Surrounded by gentle air and a serene atmosphere, you’re free to settle in and simply be.
As you relax, she will guide you through a sound bath—soft vibrations and harmonic tones washing over you, easing tension, quieting the mind, and restoring balance. This is your time to pause, reconnect within, and rest in true restoration.
Please note that These events accommodate 10 participants each for optimum comfort and enjoyment of laying on the sand.
During this event you will also receive Halo-therapy to Boost your immune system.

NO FOOD OR DRINK IN CAVE
NO OUTSIDE MATS OR BLANKETS - Will be provided
NO ELECTRONICS OR PHONES
NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.
**Recommended checking with your Dr. for those with Heart Health questions.
