This group is for people who want to make their health and well-being a priority. I created this group to help people have a place to go (and people to be with) to learn and engage in healthy behavior.
We are a diverse group of girls and guys who love to explore the realms of Social Enlightenment, Bodywork, Emotional Exploration, Meditation ~ Sacred Writing, Unity of Community, and much more. With a focus on personal wellness and happiness, we engage in activities such as Yoga, Breathwork, Energy Psychology, and Holistic Health.
Whether you're looking for a Girl's Night Out, spiritual awareness, greater well-being or want to learn about space clearing and sacred space, this is the perfect group for you. Join us to nourish your mind, body, and soul on this journey of wellness and self-discovery.

Tracey's Tuesday Night Breathwork in the Salt Cave
Synchronicities, 9419 South Union Square, suite A, Sandy, UT, USJoin Tracey for a deeply restorative Breathwork journey in the calming atmosphere of the salt cave. Breathe intentionally, to release stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself—all while enjoying the soothing benefits of halotherapy. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and renewed.

Over time, some beliefs and perceptions may become outdated or no longer serve our best interests. When we can let go of perceptions or beliefs that no longer align with our true self, we open the door to new possibilities.
Releasing old perceptions allows us to make new choices, empowering us to create a more fulfilling and authentic life.
Join Patty in the Selenite Cave ONCE A MONTH ON THE FIRST TUESDAY, a sacred space designed for reflection, healing, clarity and renewal, an ideal place for this guided journey.During this guided meditation, we will have the opportunity to release limiting beliefs and perceptions. Give yourself permission and embrace the opportunity to choose again, opening the door to a brighter, more authentic future.

Drumming, Readings & Frequency Work in the Crystal Selenite Cave with Karolyn

Join Karolyn and her loving Dimensional Spirit Guides for an experience of soothing, restorative, and invigorating drumming.
Guided by your own Sacred team, Karolyn will use her clair abilities to intuitively identify and be led where you will most benefit from the rhythms of the drum and energetic frequency work during your session. As the experience unfolds, your guides will also share messages of wisdom, encouragement, or insight intended specifically for you in the moment.
Each session is unique, unfolding in alignment with your highest good and the guidance your Sacred team wishes to bring forward.
This experience is $55 per person and will be held in the Selenite Cave.

Salt Cave Events with Ers - Guided Sound Bath Meditation (every other Friday)

This therapy combined with the healing atmosphere of 10,000 lbs. of Himalayan salt & halo-therapy, will leave you feeling centered and whole.
