(Stephanie will be away on maternity leave starting May 22nd. Brit will be covering her cave events until she returns in a couple of months. Brit will be holding her own sound bath events on every other Monday starting as soon as Steph returns to cover her Friday events)

Brit creates a space for deep calm and quiet renewal, inviting you to fully unwind in the soothing glow of a Himalayan salt cave. Surrounded by gentle air and a serene atmosphere, you’re free to settle in and simply be.

As you relax, she will guide you through a sound bath—soft vibrations and harmonic tones washing over you, easing tension, quieting the mind, and restoring balance. This is your time to pause, reconnect within, and rest in true restoration.

Stephanie leads participants through a gentle meditation experience to assist participants in getting into a relaxed and meditative state, she then bathes the participants in the healing frequencies of her sound bowl sound bath, as she incorporates various frequencies, and many times receives spirit messages from your guides and angels as they come through to assist in igniting the soul spark of attendees.

Please note that These events accommodate 10 participants each for optimum comfort and enjoyment of laying on the sand.
During this event you will also receive Halo-therapy to Boost your immune system.

*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.

Breathwork is a transformative practice that harnesses the power of your breath to unlock a deeper connection between your mind, body and spirit. We invite you to experience the transformative potential of breathwork—a simple yet profound journey back to your essential self, where every inhale brings strength and every exhale releases what no longer serves you. Embrace the rhythm of your breath and discover how it can shape a path to a more peaceful, healthful, and enlightened existence.
This immersive breathwork practice will be coupled with the powerful and deep energetic cleansing and whole body balancing of the selenite cave.
We will practice a variety of breathing techniques designed to relax the body and balance the mind. This experience is appropriate for all skill levels.

This experience is $33 per person and will be held in the Selenite Cave.

There is limited space available! These are limited to 7 participants in each experience so reserve your lounger in advance.

These sound healing experiences have been selling out within a couple of days so please sign up for your seats well in advance. If the date you want to sign up for doesn't let you open it, it means it is already sold out for that date so please find the next available date and snag your spot(s). (Sometimes there are rescheduled spots available last minute so please call the center at 801-888-7344 if you want to check on any last minute available hammocks.)

Please note: There is a Weight Limit of 300lbs to use the hammocks
A light Blanket and eye mask will be provided to each participant, however if you are one to get cold easily, please feel free to bring a blanket in addition to the one we give you to utilize. Some participants can get a little chilled during the event since we try to keep the room at a comfortable temp for all 32 participants, so we would rather the cocooners be prepared than be uncomfortably chilled.

Event is held in the Forest Room on the Lower Level of the space (stairs only, no elevator as of yet).

*Please show up a minimum of 15 minutes in advance to check in!
**There will be no late entry and no refunds if you are late.
***There is a rescheduling cut off time of 24 hours in advance, so if you need to reschedule please make sure you do so prior to 24 hours in advance.
