The Singapore Quantum Computing Meetup aims to bring together everyone who is interested to learn more about quantum technologies and their real-world applications.
Quantum computers capable of solving problems that current classical computers cannot tackle are close to becoming a reality. Potential applications include drug design, artificial intelligence and machine learning, cryptography, material science, simulation of complex systems, and process optimisation. These developments could have major implications across a wide range of industries, including finance, pharmaceutical, communications, and transportation.
Our meetups will be informal, and anyone is welcome to attend. We aim to provide an easy platform where experts and non-experts can come together and learn from each other. No knowledge of quantum physics is required, and we strongly encourage anyone with an interest in the fascinating field of quantum tech to join us, and to ask a lot of questions!
