This group is a great resource for those interested in learning more about mindfulness and hearing about upcoming classes and workshops offered throughout the Greater Phoenix area. Programs have been offered in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and the South-East Valley area (Tempe, Gilbert, etc).
Solution Mindfulness offers education, instruction and guidance in mindfulness meditation, mindful movement and daily life mindfulness practices for well-being, emotional balance and stress-reduction, and through evidence-based programs for physical and emotional challenges such as chronic pain and illness, depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, etc.
Offering the original 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program as designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, as well as introductory classes, mindful movement classes and workshops.
Continuing Education for Psychologists and Masters Level Counselors, Therapists, Social Workers available.
