The practice of Insight Meditation will be supported by Lovingkindness throughout the weekend, and we will explore the process of awakening from confusion to clarity, isolation to inter-being, self-judgment to self-compassion, ill-will to love, agitation to calm, doubt to faith, and suffering to freedom. Our time together will include periods of guided sitting and walking meditation, dharma talks, and opportunities for Q&A.
Open to both new and experienced meditators.

Vipassana Meditation (also known as 'Insight' or Mindfulness practice) is a simple and direct practice; the moment-to-moment investigation of the mind / body process through calm and focused awareness. The practice originates in the Theravada tradition of the teachings of the Buddha. Alternating between sitting and walking meditation sessions throughout the day.
