Once again our annual participation in Surf City Marathons and 5 K is four months away. If you have been thinking about it but din't want to do it alone, you are more than welcome to join us in this exhilarating race. The Surf City Marathons is considered to be one of the best courses in the country and is well known for being scenic and flat. The race is along the Pacific Coast Highway and finish near the world famous Huntington Beach Pier. No matter which event you chose to participate in it, all three events finishing at the same location.

Winter Schedule - Weekend Afternoons

Super fun and super social!! No experience necessary. It is a fun and easy game to play for amusement, socializing and a little competition. We play informal team style Bocce Ball while enjoying shared Happy Hour snacks and tasty conversation. Equipment provided for up to 3 courts of 2 teams each for approximately 20 minutes of play before rotation of new players.

Also, there is a construction project in the greenbelt in Sunset Beach which is impacting our parking until March. WE have permission to park across the street at the Golden Olive:) And now at King Neptune's side lot! Yeah, right on the same side of PCH...

Naturally, you will have a learning curve your first few times, then your movements will synchronize into fluid movements, allowing your body to move more freely and energetically. Be patient with yourself and embrace the changes over time as your fascia becomes free to support every part of your body as it simultaneously pumps the lymphatic system and toxins out.

Bring: Mat or Towel, Water, Poles (only 1 is needed), sunscreen, visor
