Tsehai Johnson (https://www.artaxis.org/ceramics/johnson_tsehai/tsehai_johnson.htm), our walk host, is an award winning ceramic artist with an impressive resume (https://www.artaxis.org/ceramics/johnson_tsehai/tsehai-johnson-resume.pdf).

As a part of the month-long citywide Biennial of the Americas exhibitions (https://www.biennialoftheamericas.org/events/month/7/day/27), Tsehai created an inspiring interactive "Table Lessons: Dining Experience" event for Tuesday, July 27 6:30 - 7:30 pm at the Platte Forum. I added photos from that event into the photo album for this August 5 walking conversation. I copied more info about the July 27 event below.

Tsehai will unfortunately not be available as planned to meet us for a walking conversation, but she will be able to meet and talk with us in her gallery at the PlatteForum at the end of our walk during the exhibition opening reception at the PlatteForum (https://www.platteforum.org/) located across the road from Riverfront Park.

We'll meet for our walking conversation at the REI Flagship on the patio next to Starbucks and stop for a snack on the patio (weather permiting), and then walk about one mile from Confluence Park through Commons and Riverfront Parks to the opening exhibition for the artists' in the PlatteForum (https://www.platteforum.org/residency.php?residency=Biennial%20Residency&program_id=96) at 1610 Little Raven St, Denver, CO 80202. It's on the west side of the Miillenium Bridge, across Little Raven Street from Riverfront Park.
