What we’re about
For anyone who wants to connect with their creative community... The CFAA is a non-profit organization dedicated to the Sacramento-Sierra region's filmmaking & digital production services. Our members make up the region's most active filmmakers, writers, actors, plus all crew and production support services. This is the place to make great connections and grow your creative footprint.
Established in 2004, we host three monthly meetings to share information and education, and provide access to valuable networking. These monthly events include our Actors Workshop (2nd Tuesdays), Filmmakers Forum (3rd Tuesdays), and Screenwriters Lab (4th Tuesdays), and we publish a free weekly newsletter to over 4,500 individuals in the local industry. Our meetings are free to CFAA members or only $5 for non-members and guests.
Events are open to the public - and all experience and skill levels are welcome. This is the place to connect with the creative community, build contacts, gain resources and share knowledge. The support and encouragement of your peers is waiting.
Check our website for more info, and sign up for the free weekly newsletter to stay connected at www.capitalfilmarts.org
