It's that time of year again!!! As 2018 winds down, the first order of business for the new year is to figure out how to ring it in. How can we start 2019 with a bang? Certainly not by sleeping in on January 1st. And certainly not by staying dry that morning. It's the SIXTH annual Rise Polar Plunge!

8:45-9:15 - Coney Island boardwalk workout (right in front of Tom's Coney Island - 1229 Boardwalk W)
9:30 - Plunge!
Then we'll head to Tom's for the best New Year's breakfast evahhh.
