With 2018 around the corner, the anticipation builds for one of the wildest, coldest, high-fiviest Rise traditions - The Polar Plunge!

We'll follow the same format as previous years - a double workout followed by the main event! Here's the schedule:

  1. 6:30 - 7 AM: HIIT @ Washington Square Park. Tabata style madness - 20 seconds of exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest. With that extra New Year's oomph!

  2. 8:45 - 9:15 AM: Coney Island Brooklyn Boardwalk Workout! We'll be right near Tom's Coney Island,Brooklyn New York. RSVP here: https://www.meetup.com/The-Rise-NYC/events/246191946/

  3. 9:30 AM: The Plunge!

We'll head to Tom's afterwards to heat up and fill up on delicious eats.

There are only three rules:

  1. Anyone can do this.

  2. Everyone is welcome.

  3. We will have fun.
