Hello and thank you for your interest in The Adventure Life Project!
The adventure life is about living a fitter, stronger, healthier, longer, happier, more adventurous life. It’s not just about getting outside, but getting outside our box and expanding our comfort zone. It’s about facing challenges and overcoming fears that have blocked our path for way too long. The adventure is out there waiting for us, but it is also inside us, deep inside us, and that exploration may be the most important adventure of all.
This is not just about getting off the couch, it's about collapsing onto the couch at the end of a long hard fought day. This group is about developing the physical strength, cardio endurance, internal motivation, and the skills to explore the outdoors in ways you didn't think were possible. This group will undoubtedly evolve, as new members bring new ideas and needs, but one thing will remain constant and that is that each member must work as part of a team and must always have the desire to learn and improve.
The activities we will be scheduling will all have a range of skill levels from beginner to advanced so, all abilities are welcome!
Although, events will be offered with some form of mentor-ship whenever possible, they will be led but not guided.
