Join industry leaders as they discuss the challenges and opportunities of creating and sustaining a diverse culture. Learn from their personal experiences as well insights on implementing inclusion strategies in technical organizations. We will explore:
• How and why diversity is important
• Success stories and ideas for how each of us can help foster a more inclusive technical organization
• Key challenges they encountered in their careers
• Best practices and tips for breaking into and progressing in the industry
