Vermont Code Camp 4!

4th Annual Vermont Code Camp.

You can still attend. Just show up! :)

Maps and Parking

Follow our instructions so you don't get ticketed or towed.

Help Promote the Code Camp!
We now have PDF posters available here for you to print and hang by the proverbial water cooler. (

Attendee registration and social networking is here on meetup! It's free!

We'll have loads of coffee (thanks to Green Mt Coffee Roasters), bagels & muffins in the morning. Lunch is being provided by MyWebGrocer and we'll have snacks in the afternoon.

We've got loads of goodies to raffle off including some of Keurig machines donated by GMCR. The attendee bags have arrived (thanks DevExpress) and will be filled with great info, goodies and special offers from all of our sponsors.

Sessions & Schedule:

Session submission ended Aug 31. Selections have been made and speakers notified. The schedule for the day should be on the official website by app. Sept 10th and is, as always, subject to change.

See Rob Hale's comment below about volunteering.

We rely on sponsors to enable us put on this fabulous and free event. In 2011 we had almost 160 attendees to feed & care for. Sponsorhip can be in the form of cash or swag. Contact [masked] if you'd like to help.

Follow @VTCodeCamp on twitter.

Out of town guests
Check for information on lodging. Downtown Burlington is fun. Next options would be in South Burlington (either east of Burlington on Route 2 or south on Route 7). Also while you're here...see if you can find time to go to Shelburne Museum to see the Steampunk exhibit (and oh so much more)!

So maybe I'm jaded, but I thought the 4th annual edition was fantastic. An incredibly diverse range of topics as well as attendees. I can't tell you how happy it makes us organizers watch everyone interacting and engaging. Now to rest up for VTCC5!

Lots of fun and interesting topics. A mix of new to me as well as deeper dive on old subjects.

It was great, however being a game programming major at champlain college, I didn't feel that I was going to be able to do much with what I learned because I am mostly using C++ and C#

If anyone is interested in volunteering some time at the code camp send me a message. We'll need people to deliver swag to the rooms, set up food, be room assistants, cleanup, etc. You can message me through MeetUp or my Twitter account: rob_hale_vt.

Background Info: I am in Portland, Maine. I will be taking vacation the week before and possibly after VtCC. If gopher work like stuffing swag bags, setup, breakdown, whatever falls in the week before VtCC I am available.
