Online classes for summer! We will be back in-person late August 2022 🙏🏻
This is a community to support wellness & wellbeing through yoga practice. We will work towards body awareness, improved circulation, and practices of self-care. Let's encourage each other to nurture the connection to ourselves and the space around to feel joy, clarity, and ease.

- Yoga classes are active, accessible & grounding.
- Experience whole body movement that feels good for all bodies.
- Be guided to flow with intention of breath & movement.
- Build strength & increase flexibility.
- Fundamental postures & mindfulness techniques.
- Beginners & all levels welcome!
If you have a request to add class times, we can do this by gathering 3+ students! For a more personalized experience, I welcome your DM or message. Yoga offerings include private 1:1 or group & corporate sessions.
My goal is for students to emerge content & nourished for the day ahead. I look forward to sharing the practice of mind-body-spirit with you ♥
