What we're about

We welcome you and thank you for your interest in learning more about the Rosicrucian Order, AMORC. Perhaps you have already explored the vast sea of metaphysical and self-help books, programs, lectures, and seminars, and you may have found yourself wondering how to make sense of it all -- how to put it all together in a way that's practical and truly relevant to you.

You can acquire a lot of information from books, lectures, and classes, and you may even discover some very useful techniques for improving certain aspects of your life. But this approach to self-improvement is always incomplete, because most books, seminars and study groups have a limited focus, such as personal prosperity, improving relationships, meditation, spiritual attunement, or developing psychic abilities. And focusing on one area of study doesn't provide balanced development. The Rosicrucian system is unique -- it provides a foundation that ties together all of the different aspects of metaphysical study, and demonstrates their interconnectedness.

This is an open group for non members to meet local Rosicrucian's in your area and get your question answered.

Rosicrucian Symposium: How to Live our Lives through an Expanded Awareness

Please join us as you can for our special Summer Solstice Rosicrucian Symposium – session schedule:

3:30 pm to 3:45pm - Opening Invocation - Grand Master Julie Scott

3:45 pm to 4:15 pm - Just Below the Surface of Life: The Experience of Awe - Grand Master Julie Scott
Just beneath the surface of everyday life lies something remarkable - opportunity after opportunity for awe inspiring moments, producing reverential respect mixed with wonder! Many of us may have experienced awe when gazing up at millions of stars in the night sky or when being present at the birth of a child. We can also experience awe when watching a tiny ant lift fifty times her weight in food or by driving alongside thousands of strangers in cars on a highway, successfully synchronizing our pathways at 55 miles per hour. In this presentation, we’ll re-visit some awe-inspiring moments from our lives and examine how we can expand our awareness to include more feelings of reverential respect and wonder. Awe often produces the feeling of being smaller and rather than that diminishing us, it brings humility and reminds us that we are part of a larger, interconnected whole. Get ready to expand your awareness of the world around you.

4:15 pm to 4:45 pm - Delving into the Folds of our Heart - Michael Shaluly
From generations of explorers of our world and consciousness, a common directive has made its way to us: Know thyself! Stated in many ways, the inference is that the search for knowledge of “self” should be our greatest work here on Earth. This work is challenging in many ways, for it speaks a different language, but it is this inner seeking that will guide us to a sublime awareness of our nature.

4:45 pm to 5:15 pm - Divine Union and the Power of Love - Ingrid Young
The Rosicrucian Tradition, as it existed in the past as well as today, embodies metaphors and techniques that assist us in recognizing our Cosmic connection. In this workshop with Ingrid Young, we will explore love as represented by the Sacred Feminine, the Christ Consciousness, and the alchemical wedding of masculine and feminine. Engage in an exercise that deepens our appreciation of the power of love to transform and expand our awareness of our implicit union with Divine Intelligence.

5:15 pm to 5:30 pm Break

4:30 pm to 5:00 pm Be Aware of Where You Are Now
Sometimes in life we find ourselves wandering or going with the flow, experiencing life in whatever it brings, and wondering why certain things are happening in our lives. We create our reality by our thoughts, visions, words and actions. Knowing where you are allows you to understand your environment internally and externally. As Rosicrucian mystics, we have many tools to assess where we are and more importantly where we want to go. Being aware and awake in life every moment allows the mystic to create and see everything as an opportunity for Peace Profound.

6:00 pm to 6:30 pm - Expanded Awareness through Inner Silence - Ese Magege
In the inner silence we experience our true nature, the divine essence that permeates everything. Our awareness is expanded when we realize our true nature as spiritual beings of light, love & intelligence. How can we expand our awareness in our day-to-day activities? In this presentation, we will be guided into our inner silence.

6:30 pm to 6:45 pm - Closing - Grand Master Julie Scott

Department of Instruction: Sacred Space

Online event

Human beings have experienced sacred space for millennia. Ancient Egyptian temples included spaces that became so increasingly sacred up to the Holy of Holies that only those who had been prepared to withstand the intense vibrations of the place were allowed to enter. Ancient cultures around the world have observed some sort of space set apart from the profane. In this teleconference, Grand Master Julie Scott will take us on a journey to Sacred Spaces throughout history and around the world, including Rosicrucian Sacred Spaces.
