Lucie Paulíčková has more than 7 years of experience in HR in international companies. For the last 3 years she has been working for a Czech IT company Tesena, where she has been helping them in their transition to a non-hierarchical organisation with participative decision-making processes.

Richard "Riki" Fridrich for the last 20 years has been writing frontend code, mostly Javascript. Sometimes he talks at meetups and conferences, mostly about Javascript. He experienced various team cultures and cooperations throughout his career. He likes to cook, he enjoys long walks and he hates Jquery.
