Acceptance Yoga suggests action to assist the practitioner to explore and accept the state of their mind and body in the present moment. The practitioner prepares to allow stillness to enter their experience. By experiencing the senses, the body, and the mind with keen awareness, we turn the negative into the positive and transition to a natural state of bliss.
Our events include traditional hatha yoga movement, journaling, guided meditation, and any activity that can assist in the process of self-discovery.
