What we’re about
ABOUT US
This is not another “just listen and learn” wellness group.
This is for professionals 40+ who want clarity, energy, and metabolic health through real action, not just information.
Midlife health challenges show up in many ways, including navigating perimenopause, burnout, brain fog, or the creeping weight gain that doesn’t respond to the old ways that worked, until "midlife" and hormonal changes happened. The old ways don't work, so it's time for a new approach.
Here, we focus on science-backed strategies, community accountability, and practical lifestyle changes that support long-term vitality. No fads, no shame, no fluff.
### "Is this group for me?' It is if you...
✔ Are over 40 and want to feel like yourself again (only better)
✔ Thrive on logic, data, or structured solutions, but need help making it stick
✔ Are ready to take action, not just passively consume another wellness event
✔ Value health optimization, not extremes; think sleep, stress, blood sugar, longevity/healthspan, tech, and habits
✔ Want to connect with like-minded, thoughtful people who get it
We’re a mix of high-achieving women, tech-savvy guys, and midlife professionals who want to feel clear, strong, and in control again.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Online masterclasses + expert Q&As
- In-person walks & informal health meetups (Austin-based)
- Practical discussions around biohacking, hormones, nutrition, sleep, and more as book clubs, online discussions and more
- Events focused on real-world implementation, not just theory
> Action is the heart of transformation. This group exists to help you take the steps—not just learn the science—behind meaningful change.
ABOUT THE ORGANIZER
Hi! I’m Michelle, a board-certified health and wellness coach who helps professionals, especially women, 40+ regain energy, shed stubborn pounds, and take back control of their health, without guilt, fads, or overwhelm.
Before coaching, I spent years leading high-pressure health IT programs and burning out in the process. I understand the tension between performance and self-care. Now, I blend that same analytical mindset with proven lifestyle strategies to help others optimize their health with clarity and structure.
I geek out on wearable tech, blood sugar tracking, and functional nutrition, but my superpower is making health doable, even for the busiest brains.
When I’m not coaching, I’m probably hiking, talking to my chickens, or unplugging in nature to reset my own system.
