Lifelong Learning for Health, Wellness, and Purpose – Online with Santa Ana College
Looking for more than just a workout? This group is designed for adults who want to stay active, keep learning, and engage in meaningful, whole-person wellness.
Through free, online classes offered by Santa Ana College, we explore health education in a way that supports real life—physically, mentally, and socially.
Our offerings span a range of topics designed to support whole-person learning, including:
Evidence-informed health and wellness classes (strength, mobility, balance, and functional movement)
Mind-body practices like yoga and Pilates for long-term resilience
Music and creative learning (piano, guitar, and more) to support cognitive health and joy
Life navigation topics, including caregiving, grief and loss, and major life transitions
Community-centered learning, where connection and shared experience matter.
Whether you’re focused on improving your physical health, supporting a loved one, exploring a new skill, or simply staying engaged with a like-minded community, this group is built to meet you where you are.
All classes are online, flexible, and open to adults (18+) across California—with a strong focus on supporting older and midlife adults in staying active, independent, and purposeful.
