We are Lifelong Learning for Health, Wellness, and Purpose – FREE Online Classes with Santa Ana College
Looking to add more to improve your lifelong learning beyond movement, music and art? This group is designed for adults who want to stay emotionally active, to keep learning, and engage in meaningful, whole-person wellness.
Through free, online classes offered by Santa Ana College, we explore health education in a way that supports real life—physically, mentally, and socially.
Our offerings span a range of topics designed to support whole-person learning, including:
Evidence-informed health and wellness classes (strength, mobility, balance, and functional movement)
Mind-body practices like yoga and Pilates for long-term resilience
Music and creative learning (piano, guitar, and more) to support cognitive health and joy
Life navigation topics, including caregiving, grief and loss, and major life transitions
Community-centered learning, where connection and shared experience matter.
Whether you’re focused on improving your physical health, supporting a loved one, exploring a new skill, or simply staying engaged with a like-minded community, this group is built to meet you where you are.
All classes are online, flexible, and open to adults (18+) across California—with a strong focus on supporting older and midlife adults in staying active, independent, and purposeful.

Nurturing without Burnout: Care for the Caregiver - OAP 802-84066
·OnlineOnlineA compassionate space to understand over functioning, emotional exhaustion, people-pleasing, and the guilt that often comes with setting boundaries. Many people spend spent years — even decades — caring for others while neglecting their own needs. Students learn how to care for themselves with the same dedication they’ve given to others. The course provides tools for emotional balance, healthy boundaries, self-compassion, and reclaiming personal joy. It is a hopeful, healing class for anyone who feels tired, unseen, or overwhelmed by the demands of life.

Instructor: Abigail Constantino
About Your Instructor
Abigail Constantino has experiece rooted in psychology, nursing, and case management, with nearly 20 years of experience working within the Orange County Jail system in both medical and rehabilitative settings. In addition, she serves as an addiction counselor, supporting individuals locally and internationally as they rebuild their lives with dignity, structure, and sustainable tools for recovery.
Ms. Constantino specializes in translating complex emotional and behavioral concepts into practical, accessible strategies that students can apply in their daily lives. She designs courses, workbooks, and guided learning experiences that emphasize self-awareness, resilience, and grounded, everyday wellness—particularly for older adults and women navigating real-life challenges.
Her teaching is deeply informed by lived experience, including long-term caregiving for aging parents and raising a family, which brings added depth, compassion, and authenticity to her work. She is committed to creating safe, supportive, and empowering learning environments where students feel seen, respected, and capable of meaningful change.9 attendees
