Welcome to our Active Meditation Meetup based on Osho methods! In this group, we will explore various forms of active meditation including dance, shaking, and chanting to help release stress and connect with our higher selves. We will also incorporate sacred writing, space clearing, and guided meditations to create a sacred space for personal growth and spiritual awakening. Join us as we journey within and explore the transformative power of active meditation.

We will also do journaling so you can write down all the ideas which came to you during meditation.

If you struggle with sitting meditation and want to try something new, this sessions might be for you :)
