Adelaide Agile Community - wonderful news to have Dr Jen Frahm here in Adelaide for our November meetup in collaboration with the Change Management Institute Australia SA Chapter.
Jen will keynote on "Brain Friendly Change", lead a group activity for attendees, then facilitate a panel discussion with Noelle Smit Maria K 🇦🇺 Mark Winter and Aimié Ellis.
All bookended with some catered informal networking on Thursday November 21st from 5.30pm at Lot Fourteen in the Robson Lecture Theatre, Tech_Central Building.

Brain-friendly Change: Where Agilists and Change Managers alignChange Managers and Agilists alike often need people to adopt new ways of working to achieve their organisational goals. They are often both in the position of lacking formal authority and needing to influence change. They are also both working with workforces that are saturated with change, in cognitive overwhelm and exhausted.
Change management has come a long way and the latest knowledge in applied neuroscience has benefits to both practicing change managers and agilists. Dr Jen Frahm, Co-founder of the Agile Change Leadership Institute is going to take us through four brain preferences that when understood and harnessed can make our roles so much easier!
