About us
This group is a community lab for ADHDers, the self-identified, and the "Allies" (partners, parents, and managers) who support them. We believe ADHD isn't a deficit to be fixed, but a unique "Machine" to be decoded.
Our goal is to move beyond standard productivity hacks. We provide a shared language for ADHDers and neurotypical allies to understand the ADHD lens, reduce the friction of "masking," and stop the cycle of burnout and resentment.
Who should join? You don’t need a formal diagnosis to be here. Whether you are navigating your own executive function gaps or trying to better support someone who is, you are welcome. We are a space for professionals, rebels, and seekers looking for real tools—like the AFEEMA model—to start thriving.
What to expect
- Interactive Labs: Deep dives into energy, focus, and connection.
- Safe Space: A community that values the "Real You" over your "Performance."
- Actionable Tools: Strategies you can use the same day to find your flow.

ADHD & Relationships: Workshop For All
·OnlineOnline🌟 PART 2 OF 3: ADHD With Distracted Dreams Series: This workshop is a deep-dive lab for ADHDers and their Allies. While each session stands alone, they are designed to work together to move you from friction to abundance.

The Event: From "Nagging" to Real Connection Does your relationship ever feel like a series of performance reviews? Whether you have ADHD or you love someone who does, it is easy to fall into a cycle of "managing" rather than partnering. This 60-minute interactive lab helps you move past the "What" (the chores and missed deadlines) and reconnect with the "Who"—the person you actually care about.
The Agenda:
- The "Who vs. What" Shift: Learn to build a relationship based on character rather than just performance.
- The Castle & Moat Metaphor: A visual tool to define your core values and set boundaries that feel like protection, not rejection.
- The Scripting Lab: Practice the Four Steps to Boundaries to communicate your needs clearly and without apology.
What to Bring: Please have a pen and paper (or a digital tablet) ready for our "Castle & Moat" live mapping exercise.
How to find us: This is an Online Event. Official registration and the Zoom link are managed through Eventbrite.

The Event: The Interest-Driven Recovery Plan: Do you feel like your battery is permanently at 1%? ADHD burnout isn't usually from working too hard; it’s from the soul-crushing weight of "Should-Based" living. This 60-minute lab is about ditching the "shoulds" and finding the fuel your brain actually recognizes.
The Agenda:
- The Burnout Science: Understand why under-stimulation is just as exhausting as overwork.
- The Tower of Power: Rebuilding your foundation from the ground up.
- The Interest vs. Importance Audit: A live exercise to identify your Energy Leaks vs. your Energy Rechargers.
- The Play Intervention: Scheduling "Big Fun" as a clinical tool for recovery.
