In this new series of Rumble, we head to Telok Blangah Hill Park for a short but effective group workout with exercises that target specific aspects of hiking - single leg (unilateral) STRENGTH and STABILITY.
Venue: Telok Blangah Hill Park (meeting point is near the HDBs!)
Time: 0800hrs (please arrive at least 5mins before we will depart 8am sharp)

(We will end by ~930am)
What to bring/wear:
- Towel (you're likely to perspire a lot in Singapore's weather)
- wet wipes, umbrella/rainjacket
- water bottles (may use them as weights too)
- comfortable sports attire/shoes with grip (need to be okay with taking off shoes sometimes for stability control)
- MOSQUITO REPELLENT
What to expect:
- Short 5-10mins stair climbing for warm-up (you'll be rewarded with a beautiful view!)
- Dynamic Warm Up routine (useful for pre-hikes) (Target Zone 2 HR)
- Learn proper technique and form for unilateral exercises targeted at stability/strength
- circuit-style finisher for metabolic conditioning (Target Zone 3/4 HR)
- Cool Down Stretches
Optional Itinerary:
- Hike to Henderson Waves/Rail Corridor/Mount Faber with fellow/like-minded participants
- MAKAN together around the area (plenty cafes/food options around)
