Rekindling Our Homeland: the BIG 6 celebration!

Get ready to be part of the nation's BIG 60th celebration! Join us for an evening walk and witness a stunning light projection show in town!

We'll start our evening walk at the Stadium, journey through the scenic Rhu area, to the oasis in the heart of the city, Gardens by the Bay East by night – a beautiful time to admire this proud piece of Singapore! As a special highlight for Singapore's 60th birthday this year, we'll experience a super cool, record-breaking light show on the UOB Building. This show is set to achieve three Guinness World Records for being the tallest, brightest, and longest projection ever!

DO remember!

• To bring enough water to stay hydrated.
• To have your dinner or light snacks before the walk. There's an option to go for supper after the light show for those interested.
• The weather can be unpredictable, so please be prepared for potential rain.

Route: Stadium MRT - Tanjung Rhu - East Garden - Marina Barrage - MBS - Merlion Park - Boat Quay

Distance: Approximately 8km

Time: 2 - 2.5 hours
Meeting Point: Stadium MRT, Exit A
Start Time: 7:00PM sharp
Target End Time: approximately 9pm - 9.30pm
End Point: Clark Quary / High Street Center

What to Bring:

• Comfortable walking shoes and light clothing
• Raincoat/Umbrella
• Hat/Cap/Sunscreen
• Water (at least 1 liter)
• Isotonic drinks
• Snacks or Comfort Food
• Power bank

Important Notes:

1. Pace: We will maintain a moderate walking pace while enjoy the homeland scenes.
2. Early Departure: Please inform the Event Host if you need to leave early.
3. Punctuality: We will start promptly at 7pm
4. Weather Updates: In case of severe weather conditions, we will provide an update on the morning of the event day.
5. Waitlist: Please note that the waitlist may not be processed in order. We may prioritize spots for participants training for upcoming hikes/trips.
