Coaching is the Product: Build Your Enterprise Agile Coaching Backlog
Details
As a coach, our "product" is coaching and the impact it has on the performance of the Leaders and Teams we coach. Right? It is difficult to quantify value delivered and show progress for cultural change and benefit realization from agile adoption.
What would we coach our teams and leaders to do? Often, part of the value we can deliver as coaches is leaving a trail of learning and impact so other coaches, scrum masters, and teams, can benefit. During this workshop, we will guide you through a structure to provide transparency to your coaching work, build a template backlog and tie the work to the impact. Is it too much process and tools over people and interactions? You be the judge, but we think of it as using tools and process to support the people and interactions.
