Welcome to Agile Tirana User Group sponsored by the Scrum Alliance!
Our goal is to provide a place for Scrum Practitioners to learn, grow, and flourish in applying Scrum in the world of work. Whether you’re in IT, Marketing, Sales, etc., Scrum is a framework that can be used to deliver just about any kind of complex work. We’re a relaxed bunch and strive to create an environment of safety where you can bring your real-world struggles and questions and collaborate with other like-minded Scrum Practitioners who are genuinely interested in helping each other succeed with Scrum. <br> This learning community is starting to regularly bring agile practitioners in Tirana together for knowledge, discussion, and networking using the Lean Coffee model of democratic, collaborative, agenda-free meetings. Agile Tirana is a Scrum Alliance sponsored user group and members pursuing Scrum Alliance certification tracks (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP…)earn SEUs for attending.
Agile Tirana will not be a series of lecture events. Gatherings will not driven by PowerPoint, content will not pre-determined, and every attendee will participate in their own comfortable way due to the structure of Lean Coffee. In short, sessions will not be passive... and the content will be democratically selected by participants using the Agile principle of value prioritization. Meetings will usually occur once in every two months and will be in different locations.
The target group will be likely Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Project Managers, (software) development team members incl. testers or anyone else with some basic knowledge of Lean/Agile/Scrum/Kanban and who are interested in improving but is Free and open to EVERYONE! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions, need a sounding board, or just need some advice.
