Event Details
This workshop teaches agile product team members and leaders how to write precise, strategic prompts that drive value across the product lifecycle. Participants will practice prompting for tasks like user stories, market insights, and team communication, while learning how to reduce AI hallucinations through structured input and verification techniques. Through guided hands-on exercises, participants will go through the complete digital product development cycle—from an initial idea to a tangible prototype—using GenAI as a creative accelerator. Attendees will begin by brainstorming product concepts, problem statements, user personas, and customer journey. From there, they will map out basic system architecture and workflows to establish a foundational structure. Next, participants will sketch early UI/UX wireframes, API mockups, data models, and ML-based feature prototypes. The workshop concludes with peer sharing and group reflection.
