Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT) is one of the most advanced knowledge-based certifications in the ICAgile portfolio. It focuses on understanding agility at the enterprise level through the lenses of organisational structure, processes, leadership, and culture.
​As Agile expands beyond individual teams, organisations face increasingly complex challenges. Enterprise Agile Coaching helps practitioners move beyond team-level coaching and develop the skills needed to influence change across entire organisations.
