### 1. Title: "AI in Pharma - Risk and Governance"
Speaker: Joice John
Organization: Skyflow (Data Security in AI)***
### 2. Title: "Operationalizing AI Ethics in Health Industries"
"As healthcare and life sciences adopt AI, the need for robust ethical oversight beyond data security and privacy compliance is urgent. Standard tools are often costly, slow to adapt, and insufficient for evolving regulations. How can organizations ensure their AI is demonstrably compliant without constant, expensive re-training?
This presentation introduces RESA (Risk and Ethics Supervising Agent), a plug-and-play compliance layer for existing AI systems. Instead of simply blocking outputs, RESA guides models to regenerate responses that align with specific company policies, like the EU AI Act. This approach, which facilitates human-in-the-loop oversight for creating customized and auditable rules, turns potentially non-compliant responses into harmless and helpful ones.
Validated by ZealStrat’s proprietary benchmark, RESA allows a small, efficient model to significantly outperform larger ones in generating helpful, compliant responses. Attendees will learn how this framework provides a cost-effective, adaptable path to trustworthy AI that reflects their organization's character, lowering the high financial, legal, and reputational costs of non-compliance."
Speaker: Ganesan Keerthivasan
