Introduction to Production Deep Learning - When/How to Add DL to Your Product

Many startups want to use Deep Learning for their products. However, Deep Learning is even harder to master than Machine Learning, and doing Deep Learning in production incurs additional complexities such as expensive GPUs.

In this meetup, we will introduce Deep Learning from a production perspective and show you how to implement and use Deep Learning in the Amazon Cloud. If you have your own cloud account, you can follow these steps to build a Deep Learning solution in your own AWS.

Event details

• We will start with our hosts (Nisha and Swami) giving an overview of Deep Learning and Production Deep Learning. We will cover Neural Networks, Transfer Learning and other aspects of DL tuning and production deployment.
• We will cover key DL algorithms that you should be aware of - the workhorses of DL in commercial use.
• We will then run through a live exercise of DL for image classification for medical use cases (specifically Tumor Detection and Leukemia Detection).
