About us

This meetup is dedicated to all engineers who want to expand their knowledge, no matter the technology stack they work with. The goal of the meetup is to exchange practical tips and tricks from past projects and exchange valuable inter-stack experiences within the engineering community.

In a decade in which shifts happen faster than ever, it’s not merely enough to master a single stack. Flexibility, open mindedness and keeping an eye on what's new is part of an engineer’s mission. So, if you’re ready to step out of your comfort zone (aka stack zone) and experiment with new technologies, this meetup is a great first step.

The meetup will be addressing themes of general interest for devs and UX/UI designers, with the goal of outlining better approaches for career growth, skills’ ownership, and better working relationships. Afterall, you can’t have development without a network.

On the side, expect stories and puns, and refreshing get-togethers.

TLDR: A meetup for engineers of all stacks that takes into account the common ground of technologies and helps community members stay up to date with relevant changes in the industry.

    Hello All-Stackers,

We’ve upgraded our format! From now on, All‑Stack Hangout by Victory Square Partners will shift from classic presentations to constructive, theme‑driven debates that tackle the big questions shaping our industry and our future. We’ll also take the experience outside our office, popping up in unexpected, creative venues around Timișoara.

This edition unfolds inside the inspiring Galeria POD at the Muzeul Național al Banatului, a spot made for good conversations, smart arguments, and a few “what ifs” about the future of tech.

We’ll dive into a bold debate:
Will AI fully automate the Software Development Life Cycle by 2030?

Two teams of experienced engineers will challenge each other’s assumptions, share perspectives, and let ideas evolve. We will also want your input.

    🧠 The Optimists (Pro Side)

    • Alexandru Binzar – CEO @ Hibyte, with 10+ years building digital products for developers, factories, and the public sector. He’s happiest when teams move fast, and a bit worried when nothing’s broken lately.
    • Vlad Temian – The self‑diagnosed “vibe coder” and Claude Code addict who has spent 15 years in the backend and DevOps trenches. A firm believer in resilient systems and in finding solutions under pressure (usually at 2am).

    💡 The Realists (Con Side)

    • Cristian Toma – A software engineer with two decades of experience, driven by structure, precision, and evidence‑based design. He values clarity over hype and considers architecture a discipline, not an accident.
    • Marius Balaj – UI engineer turned founder, focused on product thinking, what to build, why it matters, and how it should feel in use. Sports lover, systems thinker, and product philosopher.

    🎤 Moderator: Lavinia Cioloca
Technical Manager at Victory Square Partners, software engineer at heart, and passionate about people, structure, and discovering new places.

Expect constructive friction, laughter, and genuine insights as we explore how far automation can really go, and whether humans will still be the ones pushing the “deploy” button in 2030.

Join us for an evening of tech, ideas, and community, where code meets conversation and the future feels one discussion away.
