Happiness isn’t a one-size-fits-all thing. Yet, often we’ll find ourselves chasing a version of happiness that feels disconnected from who we are, overlooking what we truly need for burnout prevention and recovery.
In this two-hour workshop, we’re going to hit pause and take a deep dive into what happiness actually means for you. We’ll explore how our cultural background, life experiences, and sense of self play into our unique understanding of joy. The goal is to help you reconnect with what makes you happy, beyond the external expectations.
This isn’t about figuring it all out in one day - it’s about giving yourself the time to reflect and uncover steps that will help you rebuild happiness on your own terms.
What to expect:
This will be a supportive and gently structured session where you will be guided to:- Reflect on what happiness means to you
- Explore how your identity and culture shape your emotional world
- Consider different ways to relate to your emotions
There will be time for individual reflection, small-group sharing, and supportive conversation.
What to bring:
You don’t need to prepare or perform, just show up as you are. There’s space here for both clarity and uncertainty. The only thing you’ll need is a pen and notebook, so please bring them with you. 🖊️📓This workshop is for you if:
- You’re feeling a little lost or disconnected from what makes you happy.
- You want to reconnect with the joy that’s been buried under the “shoulds”
- You’re ready to explore how your identity and culture influence the way you experience happiness and emotional fulfillment.

Jen is a certified Holistic Life & Career Coach based in Amsterdam, passionate about supporting professionals to find purpose and clarity in both their careers and personal lives. She blends mindset work with practical strategies, offering a supportive and grounded approach to overcoming challenges.
