Recharge & Create: Make Art to Channel Your Inner Child 🎨✨
Buurtcentrum de Boomsspijker, Rechtboomssloot 52, Amsterdam, NLBurnout prevention and recovery are supported when we step away from screens and engage our hands and minds - creating art is a simple, powerful way to relax, reconnect, and recharge.
On Friday, February 27th, at 1.25 pm, we’ll meet at de Boomsspijker (Atelier 2.2) for a creative workshop guided by Mon, founder of Flock & Doodle. To channel that uninhibited, childlike creativity, we will be drawing with tools that are not necessarily made for drawing - exciting!
The session will be in the Atelier 2.2. When you enter the building, go to the left, take the stairs up to the second floor, cross the glass doors, and it will be the second door to the left. Once everyone arrives, we will get introduced, settle in, and start the session. Please arrive a few minutes early.
✨ Good to know:
- Some activities will be done standing up.
- All levels are welcome. You don’t need any prior art or drawing experience to enjoy this.
- Feel free to ask for guidance at any point.
- Focus on feeling, not technique. We will only discuss the emotional and symbolic layers of your work, not the technical execution.

Recharge & Heal: Pranayama, Meditation & Yin Yoga Practice 🧘♀️✨
you can yoga, stadionweg 283, 1076 PA Amsterdam, Netherlands, amsterdam, NLBurnout prevention and recovery aren't just about pressing pause - it’s about returning to yourself. In a world that constantly pulls you in a thousand directions, the most radical act can be to slow down, breathe, and listen.
On Tuesday, March 3rd at 4.15 pm, we'll come together in the You Can Yoga studio to dive into a journey of self-discovery and healing. Annalisa, the founder of The AcuFlow, will help us reconnect with ourselves. Through guided breathing and meditation, we'll explore our feelings and intentions, unlocking the power within.
No prior experience in yoga or meditation is needed, and no need to bring a yoga mat - just an open mind and heart! ❤️
⚠️ Important information
This is a donation-based event. You can show your gratitude and support for the instructor after the practice via Tikkie or cash.🧘 About the instructor
About 10 years ago, Annalisa hit burnout: unhealthy lifestyle, poor diet, too much alcohol, constant travel, no rest, and relentless work hours. Her body responded through her own weak point, the digestive system, and IBS became a major issue. Stress was the trigger, and while Western medicine eased symptoms, it never addressed the root cause, as she was constantly exhausted and in a bad mood. That’s when Annalisa turned to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Pranayama, Meditation, and Yoga. The transformation wasn’t instant, but extremely powerful and life-changing. The impact of these practices inspired her to study TCM and train as a Yoga Teacher. Today, she is healthy and fulfilled, teaching yoga and practicing acupuncture in Amsterdam. Grateful to the Universe, her teachers, and all the pain and discomfort that taught the biggest lessons!📝 Community guidelines
