Recharge & Reconnect: Intuition As Your Guide Beyond Burnout 🧭✨
Buurtcentrum de Boomsspijker, Rechtboomssloot 52, Amsterdam, NLBurnout prevention and recovery deepen through learning to hear the signals we've been taught to override. The ones that were there long before the collapse, asking us to slow down, to notice, and to trust what we already know.
On Thursday, May 28th, at 10:15 am, we’ll meet in front of de Boomsspijker (Room 2.3) for a guided session led by Ioana Vieru, intuition coach and speaker, to understand what intuition is, why burnout silences it, and how to use it as your guide for prevention.
The session ends at 12:30 pm, and we’ll go for lunch together to the Little Paradise Sandwich Shop to grab a bite (optional).
🌿 What to expect:
- An understanding of what intuition actually is, biologically, not mystically
- A guided reflection to reconnect with your own intuition right now
- An honest group conversation about why we hear ourselves clearly and still choose not to listen
- A simple daily practice to check in with your intuition
✨ This session is for you if:
- You have gone through burnout, or you’re looking into burnout prevention
- Understand your patterns intellectually, but something still feels disconnected
- Have been overriding what your body tells you for so long that you can't hear it anymore
🌱 You’ll leave with:
- A clear way to feel the difference between intuition, anxiety, and fear in your body, not your head
- Recognition of the patterns that made you override yourself before
- One concrete practice to start rebuilding trust in your own intuition this week

Ioana Vieru is an intuition coach and speaker based in Rotterdam. She works with high-performing professionals who are successful on paper but exhausted on the inside. With 12 years in corporate sales, she knows what it looks like to keep performing while every signal in your body is telling you to stop. Recharge & Create: Mindful Clay For Creative Flow 🌸✨
Buurthuis Lydia Amsterdam, nl, Roelof Hartplein 2B, 1071 TT, Amsterdam, NLBurnout prevention and recovery call for space to slow down and simply be. Creating with your hands can gently help you reconnect with yourself and the present moment.
On Saturday, May 30th, at 10:45 am, we’ll meet in front of the Buurthuis Lydia (Gardenhouse), where we’ll play with air-dry clay to slow down, reconnect, and explore what can unfold through clay, bringing play and creativity together.
The session will be hosted by Ritika, a community member and volunteer.
The session ends at 1 pm, and we’ll go for lunch together to Soupenzo to grab a bite (optional).
✨ What to expect:
- A calm, welcoming space with people who understand burnout
- A guided clay flow using air-dry clay (no experience needed)
- A mix of gentle prompts and free creation
- A small piece to take home – bring a container if you’d like
- No pressure to share – being present and creating is enough
- Come as you are, move at your own pace, and explore what unfolds through your hands
- All materials will be provided

Bar Restaurant Lely (NS Amsterdam Lelylaan Station), Cornelis Lelyplein 4, 1062HX, Amsterdam, NLBurnout prevention and recovery can be gently supported by unwinding and reconnecting through play - a simple way to recharge, de-stress, and enjoy the moment together.
On Friday, June 5th at 1:55 pm, we’ll meet at Bar Restaurant LELY (inside or outside, depending on the weather) for a relaxed afternoon of board games and laughter. Whether you're a strategy master or just in it for fun, this is a space to slow down, connect, and take a break.
The host of the event is Assia, community member and volunteer.
🎲 How to prepare
