Thriving examples and recent research are showing the business world that we can treat our teams well and actually do better at achieving our business goals than traditional management approaches. Positive business is the idea that businesses can and should create not just economic value, but also offer great places to work, be good neighbors, and help solve some of the world’s biggest challenges.
