Join us on this one-of-a-kind journey to explore the benefits of mindful roughhousing.

Are you looking for a unique way to feel more grounded and confident? Learn how powerful relaxation can be for you? Look no further!

I created the group because I really want to build a tribe for some non-denominational (i.e. not martial arts based) roughhousing as way to explore mindfulness in an engaging and intuitive way.

The group is all about incorporating meditation, wrestling, and physical challenges to promote stress management, relaxation, a deeper sense of groundedness and feeling of safety inside your own skin.

Our sessions are open to all experience levels, level of fitness, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Whether you're curious about exploring this exciting fusion of physical activity and mindfulness or you're looking to dust off your old martial arts skills. We will be able to scale it safely from light to heavy contact, learning to separate aggression from action so that it is always gentle - even when fast and powerful.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  1. Mindful Meditation: We begin each session with a guided meditation to help you ground and awaken your awareness. This adds a rich layer to the roughhousing.
  2. Wrestling and Horseplay: Our group engages in wrestling and horseplay. We emphasize safety and consent to ensure that everyone feels safe enough to explore and stretch themselves a bit.
