Practicing yoga outdoors in the elements is fun and empowering! I've been a yoga teacher for quite a few years and my approach tends to be a combo of hatha, yin, kundalini, breathwork, plus sometimes a little qigong thrown in for good measure, and always fun and thoughtful, Suitable for all levels of people in good general health, no injuries, no pregnancies as I'm not trained in pre-natal (sorry!).

Bring your yoga mat and some water, and a hat if it's sunny (we can try and find shady spots if needed). (I sell jade harmony pro mats for $99 so if you need to buy one message me).
Sessions will run on cloudy days but not on rainy ones.
