Practicing yoga outdoors in the elements is fun and empowering! I've been a yoga teacher for quite a few years and my approach tends to be a combo of hatha, yin, kundalini, breathwork, plus sometimes a little qigong thrown in for good measure, and always fun and thoughtful, Suitable for all levels of people in good general health, no injuries, no pregnancies as I'm not trained in pre-natal (sorry!).
Donations from $5 to $10 greatly appreciated in exchange for my time/experience, and also because paying for yourself is investing in yourself.

Sessions will run on cloudy days but not on rainy ones.
