This will be a 1.5-hour experiential team-building session focused on mastering goal-setting using the principles of football (soccer) and will be facilitated by Therapon Fakas.
In football, every player shares a common objective: to score goals and win as a team.
Success in football is driven by clear goals, strategic planning, adaptability, and teamwork—the same principles that drive high-performing teams in the workplace.
Through interactive exercises inspired by football, participants will experience the power of aligned goals, strategic execution, and effective collaboration.
We will explore:

• How to set clear, actionable team goals
• The role of individual contributions in collective success
• How to navigate challenges and adapt to change
• The importance of communication and a shared vision
