The top 3 situations when our brain thinks it’s a danger are:

• when we have the impression we are not heard,
• appreciated or
• get resistance from the other people we work with.

This brings us into distress which for longer periods results in burnout. In this masterclass, you will find out simple practical steps to avoid these situations and what to do when they pop up. Take some pen and paper, you will want to note down valuable insights!
