Bitcoin Contacts PR and Hackathon Discussion

📙 Atlanta BitDevs' reading groups are small sessions where we focus on a specific topic within Bitcoin development and help each other understand it through discussion.

This week will be a joint topic: we'll do a brief recap of last week's hackathon ideas jam and talk about what we learned from that.

Then, we'll do a discussion of this pull request from the Bitcoin Design Guide. This page is about abstracting things like BOLT 12 offers, lightning node IDs, lightning addresses, and on-chain addresses into things like a "contacts list" that you might be familiar with from your smartphone or email.
