Prerequisites: Students wishing to take Level 3 must have previously completed Level 1, and Level 2.In the Level 3 Sound Healing Course, we will continue to practice protocols and deepen our connection to our clients. We have practiced up to now paying attention to all aspects of our sound therapy sessions. In this course, we will expand upon the skills you have begun to acquire from Levels 1 and 2.
We explore developing mindfulness as we interact with our clients through observation, communication, and responsiveness. We want to become more aware of “the space in-between” where healing can take place. In this course, we will set out protocols to help induce a state of well-being through emotional releases and integration with mind, body, and spirit. The emphasis at this level is to develop our intuition and creativity in sound healing sessions.

Prerequisite: Students wishing to become a fully certified Atma Buti® practitioner must have previously completed Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, book reports, case studies and practice hours.

Hands-on practice and assessment weekend for certificate A practicum is a 2-day offering in Seattle, WA where a student or current practitioner has the opportunity to display their knowledge of the Atma Buti® method in order to obtain or update certification as an Atma Buti® Sound Healing Practitioner. The practicum may include practice and assessment of one’s understanding of Atma Buti® protocols and methods. The practicum is simply an opportunity for one to demonstrate their proficiency in the Atma Buti® protocols and make a conscious choice to promote the tradition and lineage of Atma Buti®, Soul Medicine. It is a privilege to have any student apply to become an Atma Buti® Practitioner and current practitioners are welcome to also apply to review and expand their skill set.
*In order to become an Atma Buti® Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, one must complete all requirements in Levels 1-3 and then attend a 2-day practicum within 2 years of taking Level 1.### Practicum and Certification Requirements – 2025
Certification Process:
- Complete Levels 1- 3 & respective requirements:
• 3 book reports from the suggested reading list over Levels 1-3

• 9 case studies about singing bowl used in personal practice and observance
2 case studies for Level 1
3 case studies for Level 2
4 case studies for Level 3
• Total Practice Hours: 171
36 practice hours utilizing protocols and methods learned in Level 1 (9 seva hours or more within these 36 hours)
72 practice hours utilizing protocols and methods learned in Level 2 (seva hours as determined by your heart’s choice within these 72 hours)
63 practice hours utilizing protocols and methods learned in Level 3 (seva hours as determined by your heart’s choice within these 63 hours) - Prior to registering for the practicum, you must send all required materials (book reports, case studies, and log hours) along with a $54 check (payable to Atma Buti) to:

Level 4 will be an advanced level class offered by Suren Shrestha to expand one’s knowledge of the Atma Buti® Method. This class may include a deeper study of ritual, history and meditation or other subjects as chosen by Suren Shrestha. It will be a time to further your knowledge, understanding and intuition.

Level 1 Sound Healing Course is designed as an introduction to the practice of sound therapy. In this course, you will explore the background into Himalayan Singing bowls. You will discover the use of the bowls in sound therapy. You will also have the opportunity to explore using the bowls according to the Himalayan and Vedic Chakra systems. The use of other sound instruments such as the Tingsha will be demonstrated and practiced. The overall goal of this introductory course is to give you the ability to use vibrational healing modalities with clients in a supportive and therapeutic manner.

Born in Guatemala, Carolina is a promoter of ancient practices from native villages to heal and reconnect with our inner self. She was in development projects against poverty when she decided to study traditional medicine. Her journey comes from marketing and public administration, to naturopathy, Ayurvedic nutrition and the energetic use of voice.She started to learn about singing bowl therapy in Mexico and later she got certified by Atma Buti® as a practitioner in 2015 and as a teacher in 2022. In 2019, Carolina published the first Spanish edition of Suren Shrestha’s book: How to Heal with Singing Bowls, with Sentient Publications LLC license.
