Based in Auckland, New Zealand, our community is dedicated to sharing simple yet powerful methods for mindfulness, wellbeing, and mental health – both in person and online.
Our sessions combine brain and neuroscience -based movement, meditation, Qigong, and breathing techniques designed to awaken the brain’s natural healing potential. We focus especially on energy and consciousness, helping you to recover, circulate, and recharge your energy – restoring your body, mind, and spirit.
