### The amazing meditation for healing body and mind
The meditation known as “taking and giving”, or “tonglen” in Tibetan, has been used for over 2,000 years as a powerful healing technique, using the power of our love and compassion to help overcome our obstacles and sicknesses of body and mind. Not only is this meditation legendary for its physical healing properties, it is also a powerful method for healing painful mental tendencies such as insecurity, anger, and hurt. Taking and giving practice gives rise to innumerable benefits, including boosting our positive energy, purifying the mind, and in particular enabling us to deal skillfully and peacefully with our daily challenges.
In these series of classes we will introduce this amazing practice – which is quite simple and can be practiced by anyone – and take us deeper and deeper into its healing properties. Everyone welcome!
