What we’re about
This is a local networking group for Death Doulas/End of Life Doulas and those interested in pursuing or learning about the work in and around the Austin, TX area. We aim to create a supportive community of death positive people who can learn from and grow alongside one another. We look forward to gathering for informal in-person conversations with like-minded people, sharing resources and information, and raising public awareness of Death Doula/End of Life Doula work in Texas.
For a list of resources shared in our meetups so far, please visit our google sheet HERE (and send suggestions for additions to Annie)

About this event:
Bring your own tea/coffee/comfort treat of choice to this virtual conversation. It's an important time to have conversations about death as a part of life, and to support one another as we do. We will see where the conversational winds take us. Bring any questions or ideas you would like to share!
Looking for resources? Start here with our ever-growing spreadsheet for suggestions of educational programs, books, films, podcasts, websites, and more! Suggest additions as you have things to share.
Note: This event is intended as a space for those who work/volunteer with the dying and their loved ones. Those who are curious about this work are welcome to attend, but if you would like to have bigger conversations about life, death, and dying, I recommend seeking a Death Cafe: https://deathcafe.com/9 attendees
