While it seems easy to recognize masculinity and femininity when we see/feel them, it's harder to use them to enhance our relationships and personal happiness. We're frequently asked to develop both masculine and feminine energies equally, collapsing attraction and trust between men and women. Fortunately we can practice them, regaining and repolarizing our masculine or feminine energy for personal and relationship benefits.

As with so many emotional and social situations, Authentic Relating games can be made around the principles of masculinity and femininity, giving men and women a role to play which can allow them to deepen their polarity. In an evening of paired interactions, the “games” will allow us to better know, practice and use our own masculine and feminine personalities and gifts---with each other.

Come join us for a fun, lighthearted but effective 2-hour workshop where we'll explore these concepts together, utilizing situations and "games" to understand, enhance and practice polarity. No lectures here---just fun, effective practices you can take home with you.

Who should join?
In this unique co-ed event, men and women will help each other see their personal masculinity/femininity more clearly, understand it better, and experiment with the levers and buttons so that can deepen them. And in some cases, we can learn to ease off some of the intense energies to bring more balance and attract more of the things we desire from the opposite energies. For single people, it’s a great way to meet new people and see how you might be minimizing your masculinity or femininity in the great scary navigation we call dating. For couples, it’s a greater exploration of how they show up in relationship and how they might want to re-polarize certain parts of it---because it will be fun and energizing.

Please keep your RSVP up to date! If your circumstances have changed and you are unable to make an event, please let us know. The games work best when there’s a 50-50 feminine-masculine split, so we’ll adjust the waitlist after your cancellation accordingly.

About the Facilitator
​Gilad has facilitated with Authentic Relating Denver for over a year, and has been facilitating workshops internationally for nearly a decade. His focus is on Authentic Relating, Radical Honesty and masculine and feminine polarity, with a focus on those events being fun, spontaneous, and eye-opening. He sees authenticity, masculinity and femininity as practices, which everyone can exercise, to everyone's benefit. Think of his workshops as "emotional aerobics classes", where he wants you to sweat a little! He invites you to come, have fun, see yourself and others more clearly, and grow into who you really are.
