Meaningful Conversations

Do you crave meaningful connections and a wider community? This event can give you both!
WHAT: We'll sit together in small groups and each choose a discussion question. Then everyone can answer the question, or pass. After a while, we'll get up and meet new people.
WHY: Connection is great for improving relationships, health, and even creative problem solving!
HOW: We listen attentively without interrupting. We may ask a question to deepen the connection, but we share the talk time so everyone is heard. We show up with open minds and hearts, with the intention to understand. Occasionally we may agree to disagree, respectfully acknowledging that our differences enrich us, and we may even learn something new!
WELCOME: This group welcomes diversity. It is inclusive, empathetic, and friendly to adults who are: BIPOC, all abilities, ethnicities, religions, LGBTQ+, or other identities, as long as you're kind and compassionate.
Investment: Please contribute $20 to meet expenses and to acknowledge the hosts' time and expertise leading the event. If you're experiencing financial hardship, come and contribute what you can.
