AWS TechConnect Sacramento: AI, Cloud & Builder Meetup
HUMANBULB Headquarters, 1375 Exposition Blvd, Suite 102, Sacramento, CA, USSacramentoâs builders, engineers, founders, and technologists are coming together for an evening of AI, cloud, and real-world tech conversations.
Join HUMANBULBâs TechConnect AWS User Group meetup to connect with the local tech community, hear practical implementation stories, and explore whatâs next in AI and cloud.
Weâll kick things off with great food and networking, then dive into the latest AWS updates with an AI lensâwhatâs new across AWS AI/ML services, whatâs actually worth paying attention to in 2026, and how teams are deploying AI responsibly and efficiently.
Youâll also hear real-world implementation stories from people actively building and leading technology inside their organizations.Brigette Bucke, with AWS, will cover the AI-Driven Development Life Cycle (AI-DLC), a new methodology from AWS that positions AI as a central collaborator in software development â not just an assistant. AI-DLC introduces a structured approach where AI creates plans, asks clarifying questions, and implements only after human validation. Traditional sprints become "bolts" â shorter work cycles measured in hours instead of weeks â and teams collaborate in real-time through Mob Elaboration and Mob Construction sessions. We'll walk through the three phases (Inception, Construction, Operations), how to implement AI-DLC using Kiro, and what changes for your team. Perfect for developers, engineering managers, and technical leaders. Read the blog post ahead of time: https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/devops/ai-driven-development-life-cycle/
