Azure VMware Solution - Overview and DemoFest

Azure VMware Solution (AVS) is a Microsoft-managed service that lets you run VMware-based workloads natively in Azure. It provides a seamless way to extend or migrate on-premises VMware environments to Azure while maintaining existing tools, processes, and skillsets.

In tonight's presentation, we will give an overview of the key features of this service and of course demo its core capabilities. Come ready with questions!

Our speaker tonight is one of this group's co-leaders, Kim Vaddi, whose day job is a Sr. Technical Specialist at Microsoft. Kim is based in Houston and will be presenting in person!

Food and soft drinks will be served at ~5:30pm on the 10th floor - we will kick off the discussion there @6pm after everyone has had a chance to eat, meet anyone else you'd like to and have a chat :-).
