It is our intention to hold monthly meetups which will feature local and international speakers. These dynamic speakers are subject-matter experts (SME's) in their respective fields and will be presenting on various subject matters.

Our aim is to present topics that are appealing, relevant and produce a call-to-action from the attendees. Our mandate is to make a difference in the world by inspiring, empowering and transforming lives.

“The Hidden Power of Your Story for Team Performance”

📅 Date: Thursday, February 26, 2026
🕕 Time: 6:00 PM EST
🎙 Host: Andrea Pratt-Smith, PMP – BAPMC Founder

🌍 Leadership That People Respond To
Teams don’t become stronger, more productive, or more engaged because of tools, software, or task lists — they respond to the person leading them.

In the Caribbean, we grow up surrounded by story, yet many professionals have never been shown how to use their personal story as a leadership advantage that builds trust, improves collaboration, and boosts team performance.

This session is for project managers, agile practitioners, and people leaders who want teams that listen, collaborate, and take action with greater commitment.

🚀 Don’t miss this opportunity to learn, connect, and grow with a global community focused on agility, leadership, and real-world impact—inside and beyond project management.

Aisha Jackson will show how sharing the right parts of your personal story builds trust faster, reduces resistance, strengthens communication, and increases motivation.
